Hi Jason,
Yes, you can choose from a list of templates and then you can also customize the template on the "Customize Template" page.
Check out our knowledge base article below for more information and a video that can help you choose a different skin...

No, you cannot upload your own template but if you use Artisteer to create a skin and send the file to us we can install it on your site. We also have custom web development and can create a skin to closely match your existing web site.
