Maybe you have it, I don't know. But I don't see when the HTML code can be altered to add Social Media buttons.

If it can, send me an e-mail with instructions. If not, it goes without saying that needs to be added.

Thanks

This creates a neat way of displaying your content. Please watch the video below for information on how to add and configure it.

Hide products/pricing from visitors until they are logged in (Wholesale Mode)

The wholesale feature is a useful tool for any merchant who would like to restrict who can see products or product properties when they are not logged into the store. There is a great deal of flexibility for the merchant to determine what to display to customers, or the merchant can block access into the store until the visitor is logged in. In the wholesale section, there is a feature to restrict signups to email addresses on a specific domain name (we call this the "employee store" mode).

We have had requests for this feature from customers who would like to restrict access to information on their e-Store to visitors of their site who are logged in. For example, if you sell at wholesale pricing and do not want to expose that pricing to the outside world this feature will work perfectly.

There are 2 major sections of this feature:

Anonymous users are restricted from all access to the store.

1. In this mode, you choose how to allow new users to sign up (either you moderate new users, or they sign up for access without moderation)

2. You create custom content for an alternative home page that has no links to products or categories, requiring a visitor to log in before gaining access to your e-Store

Anonymous users can view your e-Store, but are restricted on what information they can view regarding your products.

1 .Anonymous visitors do not have the option to check out (they must be logged in to see the checkout button)

2. You determine what information replaces the "Add to Cart" button

3. You can restrict anonymous viewers from seeing the following

- Price

- Long description

- Product properties

- Product choices

For help with wholesale, please visit our knowledge base article...

http://ihostticket.com/KB/a175/wholesale-mode-restricting-access-to-your-e-store-requiring.aspx

Another feature in the Wholesale mode that is extremely useful is what we call the "Employee Store" feature. This restricts signup to the e-Store to email addresses of a specific domain name. This allows you to make sure the users signing up use your domain name, so if they don't have an email address at your company they are restricted from signing up for the e-Store. This is useful for businesses, schools, and non-profits who would like to offer sales to employees without exposing it to their customers.
Forum: Announcements
